Arotubi’s commitment and dedication is not limited to its customers. We have internal policies aimed at the economic, social and environmental development of those who, directly or indirectly, are part of our reality. As one of the bases of our values is the respect and appreciation of people, Arotubi values the well-being of its employees.

Together with a Communication and Human Resources team, the company carries out internal actions and events, offers support and assistance to employees with specific needs, provides support for the purchase of school supplies for their children and provides a series of vocational courses.

The sum of all day-to-day actions reflects directly on the result of the organizational climate survey. In 2022, Arotubi achieved more than 90% approval in the Trust and Pride of Belonging indexes.

In addition to working with the internal public, we periodically work with institutions that have fundraising projects in the Child and Adolescent, Sport, Elderly and Culture funds. Among the entities served are the Pequeno Príncipe Hospital, a reference in pediatric care, the Pequeno Cotolengo Health Complex, which welcomes people with multiple disabilities (physical and intellectual) of all ages who have been abandoned by their families, and the Meninos de 4 Pinheiros project, a non-profit organization that offers assistance to children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability. Also, for almost ten years we have been going together to the Curitiba Festival, one of the biggest cultural festivals in Latin America.

Such initiatives make Arotubi increasingly stronger through a transparent and ethical relationship with all its employees, suppliers, customers and other business partners.
